For companies, insurers, relocation firms and travel agents placing staff, contractors or displaced policyholders. Longer stays drop to a lower nightly rate, and 30-night stays are billed as one monthly amount.

Corporate bookings are confirmed on a signed Corporate Accommodation Agreement and invoiced to the company by 31 On Forest Ventures (Pty) Ltd.
